We primarily sell through our e-commerce platforms to a customer base consisting mainly of retail sales, supplemented by a small group of trade customers. We’re experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our team to keep the momentum going.
The Role:
As part of our continuous expansion, we’re excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive. This role is based in our Leominster office. Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be instrumental in:
- Identifying growth opportunities.
- Preparing and implementing a marketing plan under the guidance of the Office Manager and Directors.
- Collaborating with leading outdoor leisure brands to ensure brand focus.
- Working closely with the IT Systems Manager to implement changes.
- Researching and listing new products.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A hands-on approach and readiness to support the team in varied tasks are essential.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Confident marketing experience with a growth mindset.
- Experience in Ecommerce Marketing, Microsoft Office, eBay, Amazon, and online retail.
- Ability to work in an office environment as part of a team.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing (preferred).
- On-the-job training will be provided, but a keen eye for detail and a friendly manner are crucial.
