2. Company Structure
Ishop247 Ltd is a volume retailer predominantly operating through ecommerce/pureplay. We source products and materials worldwide and distribute them from our UK warehousing.
3. Our Supply Chains
Our supply chain includes manufacturing facilities in China, Europe, India, Pakistan and many other territories.
4. Due Diligence Processes
To identify and mitigate risk, we have the following processes in place:
- Strict supplier vetting and contracting processes.
- Regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with the Company’s standards.
- Ensuring employee awareness and training regarding the Modern Slavery Act.
5. Risk and Compliance
The Company will assess any instances of non-compliance on a case-by-case basis and will then tailor remedial action appropriately. This may range from advice and support to strengthen slavery prevention to the termination of the business relationship.
6. Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff.
7. Review
This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in legislation and best practice.
