Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Every other Saturday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; One Sunday in four, 8 hours (from home)

The Role:

We are excited to announce several openings for Sales & Customer Service Administrators, starting in the new year. This role is based in our Leominster office and involves a 40-hour work week on a rotating shift pattern. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via email and phone.
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Researching and listing new products.

Who We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking proactive individuals with a growth mindset, flexible to changes, and comfortable working both in a team and independently. An ideal candidate will have:

  • Confident office experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, eBay, Amazon, and online retail.
  • Experience in customer service via email and phone.
  • Ability to work in an office environment as part of a team.
While prior experience is preferred, it’s not essential as on-the-job training is provided. However, a keen eye for detail and a friendly manner are vital.
